Alessio Sakara vs Victor Valimaki — Fight recap

Alessio Sakara defeated Victor Valimaki by knockout in the first round at 1:44. Despite landing only 6 of 23 significant strikes (26%), Sakara's striking output proved decisive against Valimaki, who managed just 0 of 10 significant strikes and failed all four takedown attempts.

Valimaki's inability to establish offense or control—he held just five seconds of cage time—left him vulnerable to Sakara's aggression. The Italian striker's head-focused attack overwhelmed his opponent in the early going, with referee Mario Yamasaki stopping the action before either fighter could establish a grappling exchange.

The quick finish underscored Sakara's striking advantage and potential in the middleweight division.
