Cody Garbrandt vs Raoni Barcelos — Fight recap

Raoni Barcelos defeated Cody Garbrandt by unanimous decision over three rounds on June 14, 2025, at UFC Fight Night, with referee Mike Beltran overseeing the bout. Barcelos outlanded Garbrandt in significant strikes, connecting on 37 of 85 attempts (43%) compared to Garbrandt's 28 of 94 (29%), while also controlling the cage with 2:26 of control time versus Garbrandt's 0:46.

Garbrandt's wrestling proved ineffective, failing to land any of his seven takedown attempts, while Barcelos secured one of eleven attempts. The Brazilian striker dictated the pace with superior head-strike accuracy, landing 31 of 75 head strikes to Garbrandt's 23 of 85.

This loss marks a significant setback for Garbrandt's bantamweight resurgence, while Barcelos solidifies his position in the division's upper tier.
