Marcin Prachnio defeated Khalil Rountree Jr. by unanimous decision over three rounds on January 23, 2021, with referee Herb Dean officiating. Prachnio's superior striking efficiency proved decisive, landing 102 significant strikes at a 47% clip compared to Rountree's 49 of 148 attempts (33%).

The Polish light heavyweight dominated the striking exchanges, particularly with his leg kicks, connecting on 40 of 46 attempts while Rountree managed only 7 of 10. Rountree failed to establish any meaningful grappling offense, recording zero takedown attempts and zero control time, leaving him to engage purely in the standup where Prachnio's volume and accuracy overwhelmed him.
