Billy Ray Goff

Billy Ray Goff holds a 9-4-0 professional record and competes as a switch-stance welterweight standing 5'10" with a 72-inch reach. The 26-year-old operates as a volume striker with moderate finishing power, averaging 7.51 strikes landed per minute at 46% accuracy while absorbing 5.02 strikes per minute and defending 59% of incoming strikes.

Goff attempts takedowns at a modest rate of 1.75 per 15 minutes with just 16% accuracy, though he defends takedowns effectively at 66%, suggesting he prefers to operate in striking range. His knockout score of 20.5 reflects his ability to generate power despite moderate striking output, evidenced by first-round TKO victories over Yusaku Kinoshita in August 2023 and Shimon Smotritsky in August 2022.

However, recent results have proven challenging: Goff suffered a unanimous decision loss to Trey Waters in May 2024 and was submitted by Ramiz Brahimaj in the opening round just last month, indicating vulnerability to high-level grappling and decision-making inconsistency. With a 2-2 record in his last four fights, Goff faces a critical juncture in his career as he seeks to stabilize his standing in a competitive welterweight division.
