Chris Fishgold

Chris Fishgold holds an 18-4-1 professional record and competes as an orthodox-stance featherweight standing 5'8" with a 68-inch reach. A well-rounded mixed martial artist, Fishgold averages 2.01 strikes landed per minute with 32% striking accuracy while absorbing 2.70 strikes per minute and defending 46% of incoming strikes.

His grappling profile shows consistent takedown activity at 2.59 attempts per 15 minutes with 46% accuracy, though his 44% takedown defense indicates vulnerability on the mat. Fishgold's submission threat is notable at 1.3 submissions per 15 minutes, a skill he demonstrated in his submission victory over Daniel Teymur in February 2019.

Recent results have been challenging: he suffered a first-round knockout loss to Calvin Kattar in October 2018, a second-round submission defeat to Makwan Amirkhani in June 2019, and a unanimous decision loss to Jared Gordon in July 2020. With only one win in his last four outings, Fishgold faces an uphill climb in rebuilding momentum at featherweight.
