Donte Johnson

Donte "Lock Jaw" Johnson is an undefeated 8-0 southpaw from the United States who combines opportunistic striking with a well-rounded submission game. Standing 5'8" with a 74-inch reach, Johnson lands 3.11 strikes per minute at 48% accuracy while maintaining solid defensive positioning at 61% strike defense.

His grappling profile reveals a submission threat, averaging 0.7 submissions per 15 minutes, complemented by reliable takedown accuracy at 100% when he commits to them. Johnson's recent run has been impressive: he submitted Sedriques Dumas in the second round on November 1, 2025, stopped Darion Abbey with a first-round knockout on August 26, 2025, and earned a split-decision victory over Cody Brundage on March 7, 2026.

His knockout score of 14.4 suggests finishing power despite his modest striking volume, and his 75% takedown defense indicates he can stay composed when opponents attempt to control him on the canvas. Johnson's perfect takedown accuracy and submission average position him as a technical threat in transitions rather than a volume-based grappler.

As an unranked prospect with an unblemished record, Johnson's next assignment will be critical in determining whether he can climb the middleweight rankings.
