Hailey Cowan

Hailey "All Hail" Cowan is a 32-year-old southpaw from the United States with a professional record of 7-5-0, though her recent form has been challenging at 1-3 over her last four outings. Cowan operates as a volume striker with modest output, landing 2.66 strikes per minute at 43% accuracy while absorbing 2.92 per minute and defending just 40% of incoming strikes—a defensive liability that has proven costly.

Her wrestling credentials are respectable on paper, averaging 1.95 takedowns per 15 minutes with 42% accuracy and solid 80% takedown defense, but she has not capitalized on submission opportunities, posting a 0.0 submission average over her career. Her striking power is moderate at a 4.1 KO score.

Recent setbacks illustrate her struggles: a split-decision win over Claudia Leite in August 2022 was followed by a unanimous decision loss to Jamey-Lyn Horth in April 2023, then back-to-back finishes—a submission loss to Nora Cornolle in round two (April 2025) and a second-round KO/TKO defeat to Alice Pereira just weeks ago (April 2026). Cowan will need to address her striking defense and finishing ability to reverse her downward trajectory in the 135-pound division.
