Kyler Phillips

Kyler Phillips, fighting out of an Orthodox stance at bantamweight, holds a 12-4-0 professional record with a recent aggregate of 5-3 over his last eight UFC outings. The 29-year-old operates as a volume striker with modest output, averaging 5.04 strikes landed per minute while maintaining 42% striking accuracy and solid 60% striking defense.

Phillips demonstrates mixed grappling credentials, averaging 2.31 takedowns per 15 minutes at 45% accuracy but defending takedowns at a respectable 75% rate, with occasional submission threats averaging 0.4 per 15 minutes. Recent results have been inconsistent: Phillips earned a unanimous decision over Pedro Munhoz in March 2024 but suffered a unanimous decision loss to Rob Font in October 2024, followed by another unanimous decision defeat to Vinicius Oliveira in July 2025.

Earlier in his career, Phillips showed finishing ability with a second-round TKO over Cameron Else in 2020 and a third-round submission of Marcelo Rojo in 2022, though decision victories over Song Yadong and Gabriel Silva comprise much of his resume. Phillips faces an uphill climb in the competitive bantamweight division following consecutive losses and will need to recalibrate his striking output and accuracy to remain competitive at the UFC level.
