Manuel Torres

Manuel Torres, known as "El Loco," holds a professional record of 17-3-0 and fights out of a switch stance at lightweight. The 5'10" fighter from Argentina operates as a volume striker with devastating finishing ability, averaging 7.29 strikes landed per minute at 59% accuracy while maintaining solid striking defense at 54%.

Torres complements his striking with consistent grappling, averaging 1.72 takedowns per 15 minutes with 66% accuracy and exceptional 90% takedown defense, along with 0.9 submission attempts per 15 minutes. His recent run showcases both his explosive finishing power and vulnerability: after a devastating first-round KO loss to Ignacio Bahamondes in September 2024, Torres rebounded impressively with consecutive first-round finishes, including a KO/TKO of Drew Dober in March 2025 at 1:45 and most recently a first-round knockout of Grant Dawson in December 2025 at just 1:25.

Torres' aggressive, early-striking approach has produced multiple sub-two-minute victories, though his susceptibility to counterstrike remains a concern at the competitive lightweight level. He appears positioned for a mid-tier matchup against a ranked opponent to solidify his divisional standing following his recent winning streak.
