Mason Jones

Mason Jones, “The Dragon,” holds an 18-3-0 professional record with one no contest and competes as an unranked Welsh lightweight from an orthodox stance. Jones operates as a high-output pressure fighter who blends sustained striking with an active takedown game.

His career average of 5.98 significant strikes landed per minute reflects a volume-heavy approach, while his 4.45 strikes absorbed per minute shows that he is often willing to exchange to maintain pressure. He lands significant strikes at 42% accuracy and averages 3.48 takedowns per 15 minutes, converting 55% of his attempts.

That combination makes him more than a pure striker, although his 0.2 submission average suggests that his wrestling is used primarily to control position and diversify his offense rather than hunt consistently for finishes. Jones stopped Bolaji Oki by second-round KO/TKO in September 2025, then earned a unanimous decision over Axel Sola in March 2026.

His momentum was interrupted in August 2026 when MarQuel Mederos handed him a second-round KO/TKO loss. Jones remains outside the lightweight rankings, with no next opponent currently listed.
