Mackenzie Dern

Mackenzie Dern holds a 16-5-0 professional record and competes as an orthodox-stance strawweight with a grappling-heavy approach. Standing 5'4" with a 63-inch reach, Dern averages 3.47 strikes landed per minute with 41% striking accuracy, but her primary offensive weapon is submission threat, averaging 1.1 submissions per 15 minutes of competition.

Her wrestling shows modest volume at 0.93 takedowns per 15 minutes with 18% accuracy, though she defends takedowns at just 37%, indicating vulnerability to opponent pressure. Dern absorbs 3.93 strikes per minute at a 51% defense rate, suggesting she accepts damage to execute her grappling game.

Recent results have been mixed: she submitted Randa Markos in the first round (September 2020) and secured a unanimous decision over Virna Jandiroba (October 2025), but suffered losses to Marina Rodriguez (October 2021), Yan Xiaonan (October 2022), and Jessica Andrade via second-round knockout (November 2023). Her submission victories over Hannah Cifers and wins against Angela Hill demonstrate her submission prowess remains intact, though recent losses to elite competition suggest she operates outside the current title picture at strawweight.
