Yan Xiaonan

Yan Xiaonan holds a 19-5 professional record and competes as an orthodox strawweight striker with a measured, technical approach to fighting. Averaging 4.69 strikes landed per minute with 45% striking accuracy, Xiaonan operates as a volume-oriented but efficient striker who defends well at 60% strike defense while absorbing just 3.23 strikes per minute.

Her grappling profile shows modest takedown activity at 0.84 attempts per 15 minutes, though she executes them at a high 73% accuracy rate and defends takedowns at 64%, making her a well-rounded mixed martial artist rather than a submission-focused fighter. Recent performances highlight her consistency: Xiaonan defeated Tabatha Ricci via unanimous decision in November 2024, earned a first-round knockout victory over Jessica Andrade in May 2023, and scored a notable majority decision win over Mackenzie Dern in October 2022, though she suffered a second-round TKO loss to Carla Esparza in May 2021 and a split decision setback against Marina Rodriguez in March 2022.

At 35 years old, Xiaonan remains a competitive fixture in the strawweight division, relying on her technical striking and defensive acumen to control fights over distance. Her recent three-fight winning streak positions her as a viable contender in a crowded 115-pound ranking.
